I'm a computer science student currently focused on artificial intelligence. Most of what I know, I've learned by building — taking a project from raw data to something a person can actually use.
I'm comfortable working across the stack: training and evaluating models, and building the interfaces that put them in front of people. I'm always looking for the next project to learn something new from.

Real-Time Hand Gesture Recognition
computer visionA real-time American Sign Language (ASL) recognition system built on a classical ML pipeline — HOG, LBP, and Hu Moments feature descriptors feeding a linear SVM — reaching 98.79% accuracy across 29 gesture classes on CPU-only hardware, no GPU required. Co-authored with 4 teammates; published as a research paper.
